Customer service representative for american manufacturing plant in Tijuana.

Job Description

 

- Process entry orders, process customer orders, database maintenance, assist customer service requests, receive and deliver corporate and customer emails, process credit memos and IOs, process and follow up on RMAs track shipments and distribution of BOLs.

Experience, Knowledge & Requirements

Knowledge & Experience:

- Customer service experience.

- Excellent communication (oral and written).

- Good interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

- MRP knowledge.

- Shipping process knowledge.

- Import-export basics.

- Team player, able to work under pressure/heavy workloads, emotionally stable at work.

 

Job Requirements:

- Fully Bilingual (english and spanish).

- VISA (tourist).

- College Degree (in process or received).

- Professional appearance.
